i am being represented by a pro bono attorney in a custody battle.i felt i was being not being represented well so i talked to another attorney about taking my case he told my wife to bring him 1000 dollars to start working on my case when we brought him the thousand dollars he then said he needed another 1500 to start work on my case.he tried to schedule meetings every week to discuss the case i made three meetings and still he said to come up with the rest of the money so he could start on my case.I went to get my money from as i decided to stay with the attorney i have and now i am getting the run around. a friend talked to an attorney friend of his and said i could take him to court on arbitration.can anyone explain this alittle more ?i am supposed to meet him at 4:eek:o today and i would like to know a little more before i do
