Can Signed Waiver of Psych Test be Challenged

Ca. While in counseling, X and I agreed to be psychologically evaluated and were administered "psych" tests by our psychologist. The test came from an outside source, which we paid an additional $500 for.
We were told that we would have to sign a waiver stating that the test results could not leave the office, could not be used in court, and that he(DR.) would not testify in court.
Can the waiver be challenged and the results be made known to the court? And what motion would be used if appropriate?

Why would you fork out 500 bucks , just to see if you are both ticked , that you signed a waiver to .

Have the lawyer or court subpoena them .

Can Signed Waiver Of Psych Test Be Challenged?

Ca. It's all about crazy BL and I needed some confirmation of what I already knew. I am not a shrink but drawing conclusions that she does have personality disorders was easy after witnessing 20 years of erratic behavior. I researched this for several years and became certain of her diagnosis, which has now been officially verified.
I sought only healing for my wife and in turn for our relationship, family, and future. But it will not be. AS the messenger goes... I am subject to the power of a person's ill conceived use of the court and in the most punitive way she is correcting me.
Her behavior must be made known to the court. It is the core reason for so much of our trouble although I do share responsibility for my inability to tolerate her at times. Coping has been so difficult. I need help...
