Case won and closed, attorneys trying to make a monthly payment instead of giving the


What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? My attorneys trying to make monthly payment of $500 instead of giving the whole amount being won in the case. Northern Marianas Island, Saipan

Last I heard Saipan was not part of the U.S.

Wow! The last time you heard anything was before November, 1986. CNMI has a U.S. District Court that was formed in 1977. Appeals are taken to the Ninth Circuit. CNMI even has a delegate in the U.S. House of Representatives and flies the U.S. flag.

Were there any restrictions on the amount when you won? If not, and if your attorneys do not have a valid reason for limiting your payments, then contact the local bar association and see if they can help

Any debt collection attorney or business law attorney in your country can tell you how to better collect on this judgment.
