Chili Sauce Laywer Is On The Chill


What is the name of your state?CALIFORNIA.MY D.U.I CASE AND LAWYER ARE IN A DIFFERENT COUNTY FROM WHERE I LIVE.I RETAINED MY ATTORNEY 8 MONTHS AGO.SINCE THEN I HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO HIM ,ONLY HIS ASSISTANT AND THATS ONLY BEEN 4 TIMES.NOT ONCE HAVE THEY UPDATED ME ON MY CASE,SENT THE PAPERS THEY SAID THEY'D SEND,EACH TIME ASKING ME MY ADDRESS AND PHONE INFO,BUT THE BIGGIE IS I GUESS I GOT SENTENCED ON DEC.27,05 AND TO THIS DATE I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM MY LAWYER.I ONLY KNOW THAT I GOT SENTENCED BECAUSE I GOT PAPERS FROM THE PLACER COUNTY COURT SAYING SO.I'VE TRIED CALLING MY LAWYER,I NEED HIM TO EXPLAIN SOME OF THE CONDITIONS AND FINES,AND JAIL TIME BUT HE WON'T RETURN MY CALLS.I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.I'M STARTING TO GET PANICED ,I DON'T WANT TO GET A COURT VIOLATION.HELP1WHAT DO I DO?THIS LAYWER HAS A SECOND PROFESSION MAKING AND DISTRIBUTING CHILI SAUCES.MAYBE HE'S CONSUMED TOO MUCH OF HIS OWN JUICES

call his office, set an appointment, and go talk to him. or go down to the court house and get a copy of your judgement and read it carefully
