What is the name of your state? Indiana:confused: Hi,
Ok, i found a injury law firm for my case. Now, when i called the firm i wanted to speak to the main attorney, but i spoke to a different one. The one i talked to has a couple years experience. Me and him talked about the case, and the law firm will take the case. Now, i want the main attorney to take my case, because of the experience he has. How do i go by telling this inexperienced attorney that i want the main attorney to handle my case, without anybody getting mad? I would appreciate anybody's help, thanks!

How about "Don't get mad... but I want (insert name here) to handle my case". :D

Great idea! Thank you! Also, when i agree to sign the papers when i hire them, do they have to put in writing which lawyer will handle my case on paper?

One word, paralegals!

It doesn't matter who you get as a lawyer, a paralegal will do most of the work. Go to a law firm with more than one paralegal, preferably one specialising in each of the complete range of specialties from criminal to appelate.

Most cases don't require anyone to "speak" in court, if so it will be brief.

Yep. Great advice. Shop the paralegal and ignore the attorney!!
Then, when your case gets to court, and it very likely will, see if the court will allow your 'paralegal pick' to present your case.

Oh, and while you are at it.... when you are in the process of talking with your 'attorney', be sure to demand that his paralegal be in the room with you during ALL of your meetings.
