c/c coll atty has knowledge of bank fraud and has intentionally concealed the tampered evidence to sue, even after defendant provided proof of payment and proof of fraud at county court mediation
is lawyer ethically bound to conceal client fraud, and conceal evidence?What is the name of your state?
