How did you find out he did this, is there documented PROOF that he did it, and have you asked HIM what his reason was for doing it?

Are you in the process of bankruptcy or is this a debt being collected by a valid creditor or by someone who has a legal judgement aganinst you? If so, then it's hard to see how you have been harmed or why you would object to someone who is validly and legally collecting a debt that you owe.
