CALIFORNIA My husband owns and operates a Judgement Recovery Business. 2. Various forms will need to be Notarized (i.e. Power of Attorney, etc.) for HIS CLIENTS 3. My husband's clients will need to get these forms Notarized 4. The forms are for my husband's CLIENTS to get Notarized 5. I (wife) am a Notary Public 6. Will I (wife) be able to Notarize the documents for my husband's Clients??? 7. Is this a conflict of interest? Again, the documents needing notarized are for my Husband's clients. This is not as ambiguous as you would like it to be. |
