conflict of intrest

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? tennesse

Is it legal for a judge to appoint you a lawyer for whom you have a conflict of intrest with and you explain to the judge that you have a conflict of intrest with this lawyer and he still gives you this lawyer even when you said you would be willing to represent yourself in a court of law do to a conflict that you have with this lawyer and denies you of this.

I had got into a arguement with the lawyer and i fired him
