confused-doesn't seem rightWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? texas is it normal for a retained lawyer not to visit his client after being in jail for a week? And refuse to meet the family to dicuss the case? ![]() |

| Not meeting with a client who is in jail for a week seems odd. Not meeting with the family to discuss the case is pretty much required.
