contingency fee questions

What is the name of your state?Missouri
This question can be applied to any state. Can anyone tell me if there is a place on the internet that I can go to to find out about contingency fees. What is ethical and what is not? Are there rules for amount of time to be spent on a case in ratio to fee? Thanks for any help
