What is the name of your state? Connecticut
My parents died in 2004 and 2005. Their assets including a paid for home were split between myself and my son. Basically, the attorney had already decided he was going to own the home and have his 2 Russian maintenance men fix it up- then he would resell it. He presented us as tenants not heirs.
Actions included:
1)lies
2)fraud
3)collusion with bank of America branch
4)sending bills for meetings never held
5)condoning break-in- BURGLARY of the home by one of the prospective buyers
6)Prospective buyers realtor stated they paid $160,000 for the house. In fact it sold for 433,500. Where did the money come from?
7)opening father's safe deposit box alone
8)threatening us
9)when we decided not to sell (it was past the contract)- he said essentially there was nothing he could do about it and threatened us.
10)had us tracked and monitored our calls (had bills sent to him)
11)After we gave in and said sell, we were never informed of the closing and did not attend. Were not permitted.
12)an independent realtor stated contract was invalid. The attorney also rented my dad's beach club unit for 4000 to a family and never showed us any contract- usually the rental goes for over 10,000. He had all kinds of meetings and bills that he did not explain.
13)Before we left the state- he had our car hooked up with a gps monitor which we discovered in the midwest when the car broke down and was put on a lift
14)We were followed and harrassed- one CT car followed us 5 states
They tried to run us off the road.
15)We were shot at by a trooper in another state for no reason- Onstar came on in our vehicle and we did not pay for onstar.
16)He essentially attempted to have us eliminated.
I know it sounds farfetched, but it absolutely true. The States' attorney took the case last fall but then recently backed out and said we should file a grievance. Well, we do not want the attorney making any plans to eliminate us again. We do have enough information to have him disbarred.
Does anyone have any good advice? Should we just let it go as obviously he has the connections, power, and money. (Much more occurred then I have mentioned here.)
Please help. We are very afraid of this man. We have made copies of the documents and the witnesses we have and have made sure they will be intact even if the attorney continues his harrassment. What is the name of your state?
