Disapearing attorney !!!

What is the name of your state? Florida
My attorney stood up in court more than four times,to late to be herd once, they disbarred him for a short time.He has alot of personal isues going on,but I had to travel 6 times over 500 miles plus missed work etc.
I spent all my $ on him,and tried to go through trail without him.The judge did not let me and could care less. This last time they made me wait,nd told me I was next for 6 hours. I must return in January. The states attorney did not have my file last time. The hole thing smells.
How do I sue/ask/beg for my $ back I am in contact with the bar/big deal !
Thank you
