divorce attorney questions

What is the name of your state? FL

Hi everyone, I'm having probelms with a divorce attorney. I agreed to pay him $2500 for an uncontested divorce or $5000 for a contested divorce. I had a lot of probelms trying to make appointments and it took a month to get a simple form. Everytime I called they had computer problems and said they would call me back, I have phone records detailing when they called and their office lied to me about calling me. I'm not sure if the staff is totally imcompedent or if they are just trying to take advantage of me. After 2 months I finally when down to the court house with my ex and filed myself. It was a simplified uncontested divorce, and I just recieved the final papers in the mail. My lawyer charged my credit card the full $5000 and is giving me the run around about giving me a partial refund. When I called today, his rude paralegal told me I had to send them a termination of services request, which I emailed to them. I'm worried he might drag this into medation, which I would be responsable for any costs. I told them during my first appointment that I needed to get this done quickly because me and my ex own some real estate and delays would reduce the amount of money I would recieve because of the crashing real estate market here. I don't know what to do, and I believe their behavior is highly unethical. Thanks for the help!
