Divorce atty Legal Malpractice

What is the name of your state? CA
I am a disabled Veteran collecting %100 benefits along with SSDI.

I have had three divorce attorneys over the past 4 years. The first one allowed the opposing atty to write illegal stips (violated SS ACT and FAM.CODE 4504(b) on our first agreement on 1/7/04. This violated Federal and State law, I had signed prior to that atty writing it and my atty did not inform me of the addition.

I fired that attorney 3 weeks later and hired another that did nothing at all after promising to file a set aside. I fired that atty within 2 years and went PRO PER. I filed a 4 inch thick OSC that no one wanted to read.

I hired a third atty that has really foulded things up causing two judges to not want to hear the case. We appeared for a mandatory settlement hearing and came to an agreement in which I was going to pay $10K @ $00 per month until the balance is paid to assist my ex while my second child attends college. Come to find out from son that he is going to get $3400 per month from the VA and Cal Grant so his mother does not need my assistance. I was dooped!

I have been charged almost $40k to fight over my 2002 Denali that I purchased with my VA lump sum that turned out to be my separate property under law Congress passed and false arrears claimed by ex due to her atty writing in the stip that my VA and SSDI dependent derivitives do not count toward my child support.

Question: Is there a statute of limitations of 1, 2 or 4 years on this? The divorce is not final and we have not filed the final stipulation to be entered into judgement. I read something from the commision that stated in some cases the statute is 4 years.

This divorce has caused me over $40k due to illegal crud, this is damage and it has bankrupt me. For heaven's sakes I am disabled!

My ex was awarded sole temporary use of the former family residence, last year we agreed to sell the home. One month after it was on the market, she moved out and stopped making the mtg payments without notifying me or the judge now I have 6 mos late on my credit report and it turned into a short sale causing a 1099S to be issued! Can I sue her for damages?
