Is this Dual Representation?

I am in a pickle & not sure if I have any rights. I owned a business and had an attorney represent my business. I now have an angry past client who is being represented by the same attorney that represented me in the past and it's involving the same kind of work and information. Is this a conflict of interest? Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated!!!

If he does not have information on how you operated your business relevant to your dealings with this client specifically, you have nothing to worry about. What is the nature of the case against you?
