Ethical

What is the name of your state?North Carolina
Is it ethical for an attorney who represented our homeowners association in defense of a litigation of which We paid money to, now represent the same homeowners assoc. agianst us in a seperate litigation? He has taken interrogatories from us and it appears he has shown them to a person who may be now trying to sue us over thew 10 year use of our property.
