What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? In.
If someone has taken out a restraining order against you, then they themselves move to within the no contact area, are you then forced to move from your current residence?

It depends.

How long have you lived at your present residence? Did the person with the RO have plans to move to this place within the no-contact area prior to the issuance of the RO? Were you aware of their plans, and did you take up residence there in order to frustrate the efforts of the no-contact order?

The person with the RO did not have prior plans, they heard my uncle moved out there. He has lived there for 6 months.

Where is "out there"? "Out there" is a BIG place. Are they both FROM that area? Is his family there, did he move in with them? Was a move in process before the restarining order (such as had he already signed a lease, closed on a house, etc?
