ethical cross exam

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ma
When I testified in court, the opposing lawyer came up and touched me during my cross exam. Also, her husband was a dr. @ hosp. where I was admitted and she used illegally obtained medical info during my cross. What kind of ethics are those?
