Ethics?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arkansas
Im currently in custody battle, me ex wife hired city attorney, he was prosecuting her, but dismissed her case for second offense domestic battery and is prosecuting me for crime she has accused. Ive been arrested for taking kids, while I tried to prosecute her and was arrested for disorderly conduct. What do I do?
