Is the fee agreement the same as a contract?

And is the purpose to protect Both parties Or just the one collecting the money?

the reason I am asking is b'cuz...if the client pays & the contract cannot be completed due to illness, death etc....

How Can the Trustee keep the money on the grounds (time) was put int case.

yet there is "no material" only a log book of hours?

they refuse to return my money
