What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois.
We have just won a Real Estate dispute. In Illinois the defendent, if they lose, pays the attorney fees. Here's the problem, my attorney didn't include all his fees for the judgement. He now wants to take the money from our judgement. I think this is unethical. Am I right and what do I do about it?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
