former wife needs signature

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? new jersey
I havent seen or even spoken with the wife ive been seperated from for 25years,what would be a reason she needs my signature for to confirm her son she had years later is not mine?shouldnt she get a dna test with the childs father?

Only way you can find out for sure is to ask HER. Could it be she is trying to claim child support from the true father?
