What is the name of your state? ny

I am a small business owner in the retail wireless industry. I had a customer's account balance applied to my commission account because it was considered fraud by the wireless carrier. I cannot go after the customer for the amount the wireless carrier placed on my account because the amount is owed to the wireless carrier. The wireless carrier will not remove the amount because they state it was not a legitimate business and the customer bounce a couple of checks. I have documented proof from NY state stating this is a legitimate business and the customer has made payemnts to the account before and after it was deemed fraud by the wireless carrier. The person in charge of the fraud investigation stated she personally feels the customer intended to default the wireless carrier and that the proof provided is not good enough. I went through a series of credit checks and faxed over suppliment information for the customer to be approved. Approval for wireless activation is determined by the wireless carrier's credit department. I feel I am being penalized for someone else's mistake. What options do I have open to me?
