In middle of child custody case, opposing attorney submitted a psycololgical report without evaluating anyone. The report favored to mother for full custody. My attorney had the psycologist withdraw the report. This was during the temporary orders and this happend when mother requested the court should redo the affidavits for the second temporary orders. What are the repricutions for opposing attorney, psycologist, and mother.

I feel the court gave them a chance to damage me and racked up my legal fees.
