Grievance InfoWhat is the name of your state? NC The last time I posted was 5/23 in the family law/ legal separation section. If someone could read the thread for Equitable Distribution and tell me what I should do to file my grievance. I know where the forms are and all that I just don't know what kind of things will be taken seriously. The only thing I really have is his word against mine. Do I need to consult w/ a different lawyer first? Basically I have signed this horrible contract that I'm sure is air tight. I only signed it because after asking my lawyer several times if the ed had to be done in order to be legally separarted he said yes. If I'd had known I could get a legal separation and wait on the ed or never file the ed I'd have done so. I feel like he has never listened to me or wanted to help me. I know so little and I wish I had found this site months ago. |
