What can I do to protect myself from false accusations by Ex and Ex's attorney? Attorney constantly berates my attorney and states to the judge that I avoid being served and other false items? I consider this a form of judicial and emotional harassment. Just because he has a law degree should not allow him to treat citizens with a form of harassment.

If your attorney feels disrespected by the other attorney, he/she should file an official complaint. That's between the attorneys.

If the attorney can prove the charges, it's not harassment.
