A couple is in the process of divorce and the Respondent has been issued an OFP because of threats and violence in the marriage. The respondent now retained an attorney for a hearing scheduled on Monday, March 14, 2005. However, the repsondent's attorney which he retained has a sister (attorney's sister) who is a friend with the Plaintiff's mother, the attorney's brother is also associates with the Plaintiff's brother, the Plaintiff's brother has also sought legal advice from the attorney and the Plaintiff's father is associated with the attorney as well. Would this be a conflict of interest for the attorney?

If someone could answer ASAP, that would be wonderful.
