Help

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA
My husband and I were arrested for drugs. The lawyer I retained is also representing the person who told on us. is their a conflict?

Without a doubt.
Retain an ethical lawyer, and report this one to the state bar.

I go to sentecing on thursday. Should I withdraw my plea?

Call some attorneys that specialize in whatever area of the law you are contesting, and try to get some good advice.

I would also not expect to have to pay the first atty a penny if what you claim is true.
