My attorney disclosed some medical information to a creditor in my bankruptcy case. Is he in violation of the HIPPA Law? Any advise on what can be done if anything?

No. He is not bound by HIPAA.

No, it's just that HIPAA (and please note the correct acronym for any further searches you do) only applies under certain circumstances.
