His Lawyer broke the law?


What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
whashington state

Noncustodial parent recieves a settlement through his attorney whom cut the check. He was made aware of rears of child support and chose not to pay it...it this not illegal? What can I do...that was 12,000. I lost......

His Lawyer broke the law


When I say he was made aware I mean Child support enforcement sent him a withholding letter....to legally bind those monies. He was also made aware by a phone call and email via me.

What you did is not relevant. The letter from Child Support enforcement is. As Texas Pooh said, contact them. They will get your money if it was an official notification.
