How to File Complaint against NJ Municipal prosecutor

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania, matter pertains to New Jersey

Recently, I went to court in New Jersey for a traffic violation. I am a Pennsylvania resident, but I was under the impression that points to transfer over in accordance with the DLC. The prosecutor dropped my my 60 in a 35 to a 49 in a 35 in exchange for a higher fine. He said on record in front of the judge that I would receive points in Pennsylvania. The fine was substantially higher $250 or so (I ended up paying $430).

According to the Pennsylvania DMV, New Jersey reports violations to Pennsylvania, but for less serious offenses (speeding, etc) the Commonwealth does NOT assess points. I found this out after I went to court. I feel like this is an ethics violation, and I want to file a grievance with the state. It likely will get dismissed, but I still want to file the complaint. I feel as if I was coerced into paying a higher fine thinking that because of this I would take less of a points hit on my PA license when in reality I could have plead guilty to the initial charge and paid a smaller fine with no points.

My question is do I have a right to file a complaint and if so would it be with the State Bar Association or the NJ Judicial Conduct board?

Let me get this straight: You want to file a complaint against a New Jersey prosecutor for what he said about Pennsylvania law in open court?

No I want to file a complaint against the prosecutor for misleading Pennsylvania residents that they would receive points on their licenses for traffic violations, when in fact the points do not transfer. I don't think you can really claim ignorance here considering the fact that there were about 5-7 people from Pennsylvania in court that day. I was coerced into paying a higher fine for no reason at all. I mean at the least I think it's worthy of an admonition or reprimand.
