What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nevada.I would like to know if it is legal for the same judge to sentence someone to prison on three seperate occasions.Doesn't that constitute bias on the judges part?

are you asking that if you are found guilty for some crime on 3 different occasions and you ended up being sentenced by the same judge, is there a problem with that?
No, there isn't.
It doesn't matter how many times a Judge has sentenced a defendant.
In all felony cases, there is a pre-sentencing report for the Court, detailing the defendant's prior record. Even if the Judge did not sentence the D before, the Judge will know the complete criminal history of the D.
Prior convictions usually result in an enhancement of the penalty.
