Immigration Paralegal mistake

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
I live in Orlando and I hired a Paralegal in Boca Raton to help me with the immigration process for my son and I. She fill up the first forms for the first Green Card, but for the second (and definitive) Green Card She changed my son's name misspelling. When I received the receipts from the USCIS I called her saying that his name was incorrect, she told ME to call USCIS and try to correct the name and also to mail evidences of his correct name. I thought since was her mistake, She should has done that. But she refused "helping".
I did everything, but months later when I received another letter from USCIS mys son's name was still incorrect. I called her again, she was very nervous, and hang up.
My husband sent her an email reporting all facts since the beguining and than she finally sent a fax and called USCIS, but was to late.
We received my son's green card with incorrect name. Now USCI sent a letter saying that to corect his name We will need to by a new form that costs US$ 290.
I would like to know if that is anything that I can do to make her pay for that.
