lawyer dies..active clients were NOT notified,

clients had to find out by accident ,months after the fact.

Relative/trustee tells clients they can only have 10% refund,,,even cases that have little or no work done on case....

relative /trustee . ....months go by ... claims to not have access to accounts.

my guess IS relative /trustee is trying to empty bank accounts & possibly stall long enough to pass time limits that clients can do anything to recover.

any thoughts? ALSO.would the "fee agreement" be the same as a "contract" & the Death be a breach of contract? it seems unfair to keep clients money when they get nothing in return.

thanks
