insurance fraud

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?
Nevada

I have strong evidence that insurance fraud is being practiced by my former attorney and my chiropractor. Who do I report this evidence to? Attorney General? State Bar Ass’n? Or Board of Chiropractors?

What type of insurance is it? Health, medical, workmen's comp., etc.?

First place to start may be with the insurance company, if you know the name of the insurance company, so that they can investigate.
