is it normal or ok for a judge to recind a descion he made after the sentence has been made. a judge recinded his decision after the defendent and his counsel left the court. the prosecutor we were told took the case back before the judge and asked that he recinded his decision but as i said the defendent nor his attorney were present. is this normal and what rights does the defendent have any help or comments would be helpful.thanks cathy
