Judge ConcernsWhat is the name of your state? Indiana The Judge residing in my divorce/relocation case was to submit an order within 30 days which would have been 04-04-08. The Judge has not done so yet now 10 days overdue. Is there any legal recourse that can be taken against the Judge? Does this not cause a problem for the Judge because it has gone over the allotted time frame? I anxiously await your reply, Aueloxx |

__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |

| Maybe the guy took a two week vacation over spring break and is behind. His decision is not as high a priority to him as it is to you, unfortunately. |

| I'm sorry, but I just had to post that in my case, in colorado, I waited over a year for permanent orders. I was divorced in 2003, permanent orders wasn't until 2005 and I'm still waiting to get any of the settlement money! Since it's on appeal and will be remanded back to the same judge, I doubt I will live long enough to collect anything. So, your '10 days over' kinda made me laugh, tho I really do empathize and I'm not making fun of you, but only of my own situation. |
