Judicial misconduct?

What is the name of your state? Mo
I need some advice on a court judge issue. To make a long story short. I am a BailBond agent. I am qualified by the state of Mo.,I have no complaints against me,(I havent ever bonded anyone.)
ALL IN THE SAME COUNTY: For years, a BailBond Agent bonded, and a Prosecuting Attorney prosecuted,(They were father and son)
A Deputy Sheriff and a BailBond Agent performed their jobs for years(They were married) and it was never a conflict of interest.
The Circuit Judge received complaints against the Deputy Sheriff and "suspended" his spouse for 6 months. The charges were found to be bogus. I applied to the courts to bail bond (My spouse is a deputy sheriff)and was told it was a conflict of interest. The other Bail Agent is still waiting to be returned to active status. The Judge will not inform us in any way why it is all of a sudden a conflict. The Judge will not put anything in writing, just the paper to the jail saying we can not bond.I havent even bonded yet. Is there anyway to fight this or at least force him to explain why this is happening?
