Just about to file bankruptcy

I live in California. I am in a workmans comp case. The problem is I am just about out of back up money for this. I have already used up 401k accounts to make ends meet. The lawer on the defence side is dragging out the case and is causing me great heartship. If I have to file bankruptcy Can I sue the lawer for this heartship they have caused me?
