kaylor victim of malpractice

What is the name of your state? West Virginia 2007-2008, Ohio 1963-2007

In 1983 I became incompident from my death and recovery in Ohio.
On DSSI from 1983-2007, canceled in 2007 because of malpractice of gaurdian.
I moved to WV and SSI "lost" my past records an now recieving zero on benifits.
Past gaurdian in Ohio is still my gaurdian. Living in WV is temporary.
I need a attorney to sue my gaurdian and SSI.
Help me to find a attorney to do that, please!
