lawyer

Lhired a lawyer to represent my son in a criminal matter, he did not use the information that was given to him to help the case. Also he was always late for court and never inform him until they got to court. I hired a new lawyer and want to know am i entitle to get some of my money back. I spoke to him and he said no, that why his fee was so low, but i gave him the same amount that i paid the new lawyer

How do you expect an answer when we don't know the agreement you had with the first attorney?

From only the facts presented, you are NOT entitled to a refund.

File a fee dispute with the state bar.
