In, CA. I am involved in an arbitration with my personal injury lawyer and was awarded some money from social security. We are trying to negotiate his costs but he never showed his itemized bill of costs and lost my case and lost the appeal he repeatedly promised he could win. Can he try to get my social security money once I receive it ? and I am now again unable to work.
Thank you.
