lawyer taken advantage unethincal

I live in California I hired a attorney for divorce custody issues and domestic violence. I have anxiety attacks brought on by stress 13 years of off and on attacks stress is a trigger. The day i jired attorney i was extremley panic I wanted to bolt from office so my focus was not there, I had 2 other people with me to witness. MY problem is when I told this attorney who my husband attorney was he said he was his boss a while back he made it sound like this was to my advantage he said he would have to charge me more because he taught him everything and he knows how he works. I just wanted out so I agreed. Big mistake My billing is twice as much as husbands my lawyer chose my realtor still dont understand the reason I had a realtor.His realtor comes to my door price already for my home without even stepping in . I ask her how she knows lawyer she says she doesnt , not true I find out thier kids on same pop warner team and now I have over 5000 in charges for conversations with lawyer escrow letters exparte hearing filing and on and on . My lawyer has house money in trust he never said thuis was going to happen. I owe and I sold my home for 0 lawyer has taken all my money. charges for hearing that was canceled he says court clerk made mistake but he will take that charge off. I could go on and on .HELP I LOST EVERYTHING. Staff is rude right down to laughing at me, Im charged for not having answering machine for .25 for $98.75 but when he was able to leave message Im charged for .10 doesnt make since. thank youWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
