Lawyer wont pay

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ga.

We paid lawyer to get motherin laws property thru probate. The only phone call he responded to was when we were looking for a lawyer. After that we had to go to his office to find out anything. I had to carry papers to judge and sherrif for him had to set in office for hours to get the next paper filed out . Now he hasnt paid any of court costs and wont respond to calls.
This has been a year and should have been finished months ago.

Do we have any claims against him , but really just want this paid.

You have TWO possible recourses:
1) File a lawsuit against him and win (unlikely), or
2) File a grievance complaint with the state Bar.
