Lawyer wont payWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ga. We paid lawyer to get motherin laws property thru probate. The only phone call he responded to was when we were looking for a lawyer. After that we had to go to his office to find out anything. I had to carry papers to judge and sherrif for him had to set in office for hours to get the next paper filed out . Now he hasnt paid any of court costs and wont respond to calls. This has been a year and should have been finished months ago. Do we have any claims against him , but really just want this paid. |

__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |

| Is probate law one of his specialties? What type of property were you wanting him to get through probate and what is its value? |
