Lawyer That won't work

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland. I have attained a lawyer to represent me with a workers compensation case that is approx. one year old. I was assaulted at work and have been unable to work since the incident. I have a lawyer that was supposed to specialize in that field yet he will not timely submit my paperwork. I have even tried submittting the paperwork weeks early so that there would be no delay. When I call to follow-up I constantly find that he has either not submitted the required paperwork or that he has not completely informed me of all of the documentation that is needed from my doctors. When I 've tried to broach the subject of his timeliness or inattentavieness, He is very abrupt and often rude in his delivery. I have complained to his superiors and this seems to insense him more. I only get satisfaction with I contact his assistant. I am at a loss. I am sufering financially and recently had a breakdown where I had to be hospitalized for depression and major anxiety. Who can I contact to make him do the job for which he's been paid? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland
