Is this legal?

What is the name of your state? SD

Hi,

I had an attorney commit a blatant malpractice and tried to cover it up. I was able to uncover it by evidence I obtained at the sheriff's office. The matter was taken before the SD State Bar and after a year they advised the lawyer to pay 20 grand to me. The lawyer has not paid, but apparently this upset him. This may not be the right place for posting this, but since it stems from legal malpractice I'll ask it here.

I was at a bar / restaurant that is partially owned by the lawyer. A fellow that worked there (the cook) heard my name come up in coversation. He approached me to tell me the powers that be wanted me out of there. I asked if it was the lawyer, he said it was and that I needed to leave before I had an accident.

I left and am wondering, is what happened legal? Obviously I was threatened with an 'accident'. But is this also discrimination or any thing else?

Thanks
