What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? virginia.... can i person be found guilty of conspiracy to sell drugs when the only evidence they have are people saying that he sold them drugs. they have no drugs, no money, no cars,homes, or anything. They say the he sold over 400 kilos of cocaine, but not have as much as a gram to use as evidence in court. I mean this guy cant even afford to hire a real lawyer. But they are saying he sold 400 kilos of cocain like he's Pablo escarbar. This is federal court. trying to give him life. could they really do that and get away with it?
