legal ethics

What is the name of your state? pa

I currently have an attorney (4 years) on worker's comp case and he has ceased to represent me..i am on a guaranteed 22% agreement.

Can I get a new attorney without losing my 22% to my current attorney?

Do you have it formalized that the attorney no longer represents you?

There's no reason for a new attorney to have to honor the arrangement with the old one.
