I was coerced into an oral sttlement agreement without prior knowledge of the terms. The normal statute of limitaiton has expired, but the matter is long from being over, because I have been fighting an irrevocable Trust, of which I am being deprived of my assets - that was not a settlement, but a seizure.
I understand, there are exceptions to the statute of limitation, because the final loss to me is still not determined. How can I sue for malpractice to recover my losses?
